We work directly with the best regenerative farmers in Australia who are fighting the effects of flood to grow delicious grains. We sourced our grains from Slater farms on the QLD and NSW border. Their passion for sustainable farming has created a beautiful certified biodynamic farm. We’re honored to use their grains in our miso.
