Thank you for choosing our handcrafted fermented foods.
Our foods are naturally fermented and still gently active, so pressure may occasionally build inside the jar during transit. When you open the jar, you may hear a gentle “pssh” — a little sign that fermentation has been quietly at work.
No sound is perfectly normal too. Every jar matures in its own rhythm, and this natural variation is part of the beauty of real fermented foods. We invite you to enjoy these small natural differences.
Each order is packed by hand to help it arrive safely. We keep our packaging simple, so more of our energy goes into the flavour, nourishment and quality inside each jar.
Because of this natural fermentation, you may occasionally notice a small amount of liquid around the jar after shipping. If this happens, simply rinse the jar before use.

Domestic Shipping
We dispatch online orders every Tuesday via Australia Post or courier.
Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order and shown at checkout. Our current domestic shipping rates are:
0kg–4.99kg: $14.95
4.99kg–9.99kg: $34.95
9.99kg–29.99kg: $59.95
Orders placed after our weekly cut-off may be dispatched the following Tuesday. During public holidays or busy periods, delivery may take a little longer than usual.
International Orders
International orders are shipped via FedEx where available and where permitted by local import regulations.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination, and will be shown at checkout.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or VAT once it reaches your destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
FermenStation is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes, delays, or restrictions applied by the destination country.
