Once your parcel is meticulously packed and handed over to our trusted carrier partners, your selected shipping speed takes effect. Please allow a few extra days during holiday periods, as even the best-laid plans can encounter delays.
 

To ensure your Good Gut products arrive promptly and to avoid weekend delivery blues, we dispatch orders on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
