Thank you for choosing our handcrafted fermented products.

Our products are made with living fermentation, so they may naturally expand or release gas during shipping. We pack each order with care to help prevent leaks or overflow, and we appreciate your understanding.

Domestic Shipping

We dispatch online orders every Tuesday via Australia Post or courier.
 

Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order and shown at checkout. Our current domestic shipping rates are:
 

0kg–4.99kg: $14.95
4.99kg–9.99kg: $34.95
9.99kg–29.99kg: $59.95
 

Orders placed after our weekly cut-off may be dispatched the following Tuesday. During public holidays or busy periods, delivery may take a little longer than usual.
 

International Orders

International orders are shipped via FedEx where available and where permitted by local import regulations.
 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination, and will be shown at checkout.
 

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or VAT once it reaches your destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
 

FermenStation is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes, delays, or restrictions applied by the destination country.
