Our story

We are dedicated to creating a more sustainable way of living by sharing abundance with others and the planet.

In 2016, Yuki attended his first miso-making workshop. Despite having over 18 years of experience as a Japanese chef, he had never made miso by hand before. The rich, complex flavor of handmade miso left a profound impression on him, inspiring a complete transformation in his lifestyle.

Around the same time, in 2015 and 2016, Yuka struggled with an unexplained illness. She frequently experienced fevers, swollen lymph nodes, and recurring colds. Surprisingly, her symptoms began to disappear after incorporating the miso Yuki made into her daily meals. This experience revealed to us the incredible power of Japan’s traditional fermented foods and the immense value they bring to our lives.

 

Through these life-changing moments, we realized our mission: to share the remarkable benefits of Japan's traditional fermented foods with as many people as possible. Miso and other fermented foods have the power to nourish not just the body, but also the mind and soul. By spreading this knowledge, we hope to create a happier and healthier future together.
