MisoMite is our savoury miso spread, chef crafted for those who love a salty, umami rich spread but want something made with real fermented ingredients.
Slowly fermented and matured for 26 months, it develops a gentle sweetness and soft umami.

 

Smooth, deeply savoury and full of miso goodness, it is delicious on toast, crackers, sandwiches, wraps, rice cakes, roasted vegetables or melted into warm dishes for extra depth.


Chef’s tip: Spread MisoMite thinly on toast with butter or avocado, or roll it with cheese into homemade scrolls for a deeply savoury snack.

Familiar enough for Vegemite lovers, but gentler, richer and crafted with the wisdom of Japanese fermentation.
