Silken tofu … 100 g Potato starch … 1 tbsp Water … add a little only if the batter isn’t thick enough Oil for frying Your favourite veggies / toppings Aonori (seaweed flakes) … optional ---
How to Make
1. Add silken tofu and potato starch into a bowl and mix well.If the batter isn’t thick and sticky, add a tiny splash of water.
2. Dip your chosen ingredients into the batter and deep-fry at 180°Cuntil golden and crispy. Done!✨Tip: For chikuwa, add aonori to the batter to make “isobe-age”—so good! ---
