Our Herb Dressing is chef crafted in small batches with dill, kombucha, lemon juice, Tamari Koji, parsley and more.


It is light, fresh and aromatic, with gentle acidity from kombucha and lemon, savoury depth from Tamari Koji, and a beautiful lift from fresh herbs. Perfect when you want something bright, clean and full of flavour.


Drizzle it over eggs, grilled fish, soba noodle salad, leafy greens, roasted vegetables, rice bowls or tofu. It also works beautifully as a fresh sauce for simple lunches and summer meals.


Chef’s tip: Spoon over soft boiled eggs, grilled fish or a chilled soba salad for a quick meal that tastes fresh, balanced and full of Japanese inspired umami.
