Our Chilli Miso is chef crafted in small batches using premium miso, chilli, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and more.
Miso has been slowly fermented and matured for at least 8 months, it develops a gentle sweetness and soft umami.
It is deeply savoury and full of character, with a gentle heat that enhances the flavour without overpowering it. A little spoonful can transform everyday meals into something rich, comforting and full of umami.
Chef’s tip: Stir into warm chicken bone broth for an easy nourishing ramen broth. Rich, comforting and ready in minutes, with just the right touch of warmth.

Shipping note
This is a living fermented product, so natural pressure may build during shipping and a small amount of liquid may occasionally appear around the jar. We pack each jar carefully in a protective bag. If needed, simply rinse the jar before use.
