for Our Fermented Friends

Our fermentation and production continue all summer

— miso, puri-phy, and koji never stop!
However, individual online shipping is paused from 1st November until 30th April due to the Aussie heat.


You can still find our fermented friends through local retailers and markets across Australia.
 

Thank you for your understanding — our spirited, gut-loving creations will be back online from 1st May, fresh and happy for autumn!​
